Our new client was arrested for attempted murder outside of a night club in Brooklyn on Ditmas Avenue.  Client was arraigned and although the District Attorney requested bail in the amount of $250,000, Steven Brill was able to persuade the Judge to set bail at $10,000 cash.  Client posted bail was told to return to court in April.  Sullivan & Brill are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting and preparing a defense.
